Stellaire SA (“Supernova”, “we”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data you share with us. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to enquiries made through it.
What we collect. We collect only what we need to respond to you, to operate this site, and to fulfil orders. That may include your name and email address when you contact us or subscribe to our occasional updates, along with basic, aggregated analytics about how the site is used. When you place an order we also collect your billing details, your shipping address, and the details of the order itself — what you reserved, when, and the amount paid — so that we can take payment, deliver your piece, provide support and meet our accounting and tax obligations. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not receive or store your full card number. We do not require you to create an account to browse, to make an enquiry, or to order.
How we use it. To reply to enquiries, to send occasional updates where you have asked to receive them, and to understand in aggregate how the site is used so that we can improve it. You may unsubscribe at any time.
Retention and sharing. We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law. We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate this site and our communications, and only to the extent necessary. Some of these providers may process data outside Switzerland; where they do, we take appropriate steps to protect it.
Your rights. Subject to applicable law, you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to certain uses. To exercise these rights, please contact us using the details in the Imprint below. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
Cookies. This site uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies, some of which are necessary for the site to function and some of which help us measure usage. Where required, we ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies, and you can adjust your preferences at any time through your browser settings.

By accessing and using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published here is the one that applies.
The website. This site presents information about Supernova and the SN 2140. We take care to keep it accurate, but it is provided for general information only and may be changed or updated without notice. Product details, availability and delivery timing are indicative. Images may show prototypes, pre-series pieces or concept visuals, and the final product may differ. Estimated delivery: Q1 2027 for the watch, presented as an estimate.
Intellectual property. The Supernova name, the SN 2140 designation, the logo, text, images and design of this site are the property of Stellaire SA or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and share this content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, adapt or use it commercially without our prior written permission, and you may not alter, recolour, deform or otherwise modify the Supernova identity.
Acceptable use. Do not use the site in any way that is unlawful, or that could damage or impair it. Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or any related systems. Do not misuse any contact channels, including for unsolicited communications.
Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stellaire SA is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website, or from reliance on information published on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law. These Terms of Use are governed by Swiss law. The courts of the Canton of Vaud, Switzerland, have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rules that grant you rights to bring proceedings elsewhere.
Terms of Sale.
These Terms of Sale apply to orders placed through this website with Stellaire SA (“Supernova”, “we”). Please read them before reserving. They sit alongside our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
Pre-order. The SN 2140 is sold on pre-order and paid in full at the time of reservation. The edition is limited to 2,140 pieces. Your order is a reservation of a piece from that edition; we confirm it by email when it is recorded.
Delivery timing. Estimated delivery for the watch is Q1 2027. The Supernova payment card is dispatched separately and ahead of the watch; we will confirm its timing before dispatch. These are estimates given in good faith, not guaranteed dates. We will write to you as your piece moves through assembly. A delay in an estimated date does not on its own entitle you to cancel beyond the cancellation right set out below, and we will always tell you if timing changes materially.
Prices, VAT and duties. All prices are shown and charged in Swiss francs (CHF), and the amount shown at checkout is the amount charged. For orders delivered within Switzerland, no customs or import charges arise on delivery. For deliveries outside Switzerland, import duties, customs charges and local VAT may be levied by the destination country; these are set by that country, are not collected by us, and are payable by the recipient on delivery. Your carrier will contact you if anything is due. Stellaire SA is registered in Switzerland under VAT number CHE-490.697.380.
Product images. The SN 2140 is in development. Photographs, renders and videos published on this site may show prototypes, pre-series pieces or concept visuals, and details of the final product may differ.
Shipping. Shipping is charged at a flat rate shown at checkout. Risk passes to you on delivery. We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs or import processing, incorrect or incomplete delivery details, and events of force majeure. Please make sure the delivery address you give us is correct and that someone can receive the parcel: a refused or undeliverable parcel may incur return charges.
Cancellation and refunds. You may cancel your pre-order within 14 days, provided the Supernova payment card has not been used or activated. To cancel, write to shop@supernova.watches from the address used to order. Once the card has been activated or used, it carries a balance and can no longer be treated as unused: your right to cancel or return is limited accordingly, and any value already loaded or spent on the card is deducted from any refund. Receiving or using the payment card does not constitute delivery of the watch, and does not reduce or discharge our obligation to deliver the watch itself. Refunds are made at Stellaire SA’s discretion in crypto or in fiat currency. Where a refund is made in a currency other than the one paid, it is converted at the rate applying on the day the refund is issued.
The payment function. The SN 2140 includes a contactless Lightning payment function processed via Swiss Bitcoin Pay, a FINMA-registered provider. The balance is capped at CHF 1,000 at the time of top-up. No account is created and no personal data is stored on the watch. Acceptance depends on the merchant terminal supporting the Bolt Card standard; we cannot guarantee acceptance at any particular merchant, and the payment function is a feature of the watch rather than a banking service provided by us. Bitcoin and Lightning transactions are irreversible once made. A payment sent in error, to the wrong recipient, or as a result of unauthorised use cannot be reversed, recalled or recovered by Stellaire SA. If the card or the watch is lost or stolen, we cannot guarantee replacement of the card or recovery of any remaining balance. Please treat the card as you would cash.
Warranty. The SN 2140 carries a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. It does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, unauthorised servicing, or water damage beyond the stated 5 ATM rating. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Governing law. These Terms of Sale are governed by Swiss law. The courts of the Canton of Vaud, Switzerland, have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rules that grant you rights to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
